Morning Access Arrangements

Year 3/4 school day will be 8:30am -3:00pm

Gate 1: class 5 and 6

Gate 2: class 1 and 4

Gate 3: class 2 and 3

Year 5/6 school day will be 8:40am - 3:10pm

Gate 1: class 7 and 8

Gate 2: class 9 and 10

Gate 3: class 11 and 12

Morning drop off arrangements:

• Please remember no parents on the yard.
• For families who have children in both the upper and lower phase:

• Older children should enter school through the same gate as their younger sibling from 8:25am.  They should make their way to the front yard where Mr Hughes will supervise until they enter school with their class teacher.

• For families with children in both year 3 and 4 or year 5 and 6:

• Class teachers will be available from 8:25am and 8:35am, once their class teacher is on the yard children should make their way to their class line.

Afternoon collection arrangements:

• Please remember no parents on the yard.
• For families with children at the infant school:

• Parents should collect children from the infant school first.  We will supervise junior school children until you can collect them from reception.

• For families who have children in both the upper and lower phase:

• Younger children will be escorted to the hall by their class teacher after the rest of their class have been dismissed.  In the hall they will be supervised by a member of school staff until they are collected by an older sibling.  They will leave via their older sibling’s gate.

• For children who attend Redby After School provision: 

• A member of staff will collect the children from their classroom and escort them to the section of the yard designated for Redby After School provision.
